Description
Dave is a mild, unassuming teenager obsessed with comic books. He decides to become a superhero and purchases a wet suit online that forms the basis of his costume. On his very first mission, he is the victim of a stabbing and a hit-and-run accident. He has to have multiple surgeries and rehab to recover. Undeterred, he learns to endure pain and have more endurance from this experience, and uses it in his further crime-fighting endeavors. He pairs up with a young female superhero named Hit Girl and her father, Big Daddy. Together, the team takes down a ring of drug dealers and inspires the next generation of superheros. Dave and Hit Girl eventually wind up as classmates, and their secret identities remain secret to all but a select few friends.
